Effective 25 May 2019, All personnel requesting account access to the Fort Liberty RFMSS system no matter what account type, must request using CAC access. 

Each user must request their own account thru the RFMSS system FIRST. 

Please do not email memos, access forms, or anything until requested by the RFMSS Functional Administrator.

1. Start by going to the base RFMSS website https://rfmss.altess.army.mil
2. From the menu on the left under FORSCOM click CAC
3. From center page click Fort Liberty (transitioning from Fort Bragg name so the change may take some time, but either will work)
4. Click the text link Request New Account under the Login button on the left
5. Select the required Role i.e. Read-Only Ltd. or Unit then Continue
6. Fill in all information and make sure to click "Enable My CAC" text link on left side
7. At least select notify of account changes so you get account specific updates via email from the RFMSS system
8. Click Save at the bottom of the page

Your account will be processed as soon as possible. If it is any account type/role other than Read-Only Ltd. you will be contacted via EMAIL ONLY by the Ft Liberty RFMSS FA (Functional Administrator). He will include the required security access form, memorandum example, and support instructions as well as RFMSS class date. Please do not call asking the status of your account. We will contact you if there are issues or you completed part of the process incorrectly.
