Beginning at 0800hrs ET on 14 May 2025, help desk support for RFMSS will be moving to the Army Enterprise Service Management Platform (AESMP) for 24/7 support.

Any RFMSS user who calls the Service Desk but does not receive a response is encouraged to send an email request for support.


All after-hours RFMSS service outages are to be reported to the emergency operations number at 757-707-9691. This number is STRICTLY for reporting RFMSS service outages from 1700hrs ET on 09 May to 0800hrs ET on 14 May.

All other incidents, including account-related issues, should be submitted as normal to the RFMSS Service Desk.

Beginning at 0800hrs ET on 14 May 2025, US Army/Army Reserve, Navy, and Marine Corps users can submit help requests via webform or phone at the link and number below.

Use the “I Need...” link for requests, including anything account-related or for general questions. Search for “RFMSS” using the Search box in the upper right.
